If it still doesn't work, an error that the server name can't be resolved points to a DNS issue. Are you getting those download agent files directly from Macrium or from some other download site? The KB article for installing Reflect, which includes a link to the download agent directly from Macrium, is here, and Macrium cautions against getting download agents from other sources, since those sources could have modified the agents to do other things. I'm not sure what you mean by "both versions" of Reflect Home or what the ReflectDLHF or ReflectDLHT files are, though. I was just able to use ReflectDLFull.exe to download the latest installer.

I was able to d/l both versions of v (Home) successfully.Īlso, now if I let v do its own download and install of v, it works perfectly. I tried running ReflectDLHT.exe and got the same error.

I tried disabling Norton 360 but no help. The small text in the pop-up is "The server name or address could not be resolved". When I run fresh downloads of reflectdlfull.exe and ReflectDLHF.exe on different Windows systems on my LAN, this error occurs.
